Youth Inc. is launching Crashin' Practice, a first-of-its-kind series built around one simple mission: bring the joy back to youth sports.

Watch the full episode here:

Hosted by Coach RAC and Coach Ballgame and presented by Players Health, the show surprises youth baseball practices across the country with skill-building, giveaways, signed memorabilia, and a day that kids, parents, and coaches will never forget. The series grew out of a nationwide nomination campaign that drew thousands of entries from all 50 states, and the response made one thing clear: families everywhere are hungry for this.

From the moment RAC and Ballgame hit the field, the kids light up and their energy shifts. What follows is a practice packed with fun nicknames, creative drills, and genuine wisdom from two coaches who have spent their careers proving that elite baseball and pure joy can go hand-in-hand. Thanks to special gifts from Under Armour and Academy Sports + Outdoors, every athlete walks away with premium gear for the rest of the season. They are also left with lifelong memories and a reminder of why they play.

These kids had the time of their life out there. The smiles were everywhere. What I loved most was seeing how much the Coaches and Parents got out of it as well. You could tell they’d never seen their kids having that much FUN on a baseball field before. It was just as much an education for the adults as it was a birthday party for the kids.

At the heart of the show is a belief that Youth Inc. and presenting sponsor Players Health share: every young athlete deserves to play in an environment that is safe, supported, and full of joy. In a youth sports landscape where costs keep climbing and pressure on kids keeps building, Crashin' Practice is a counterweight. It is proof that when the right people show up for kids, the experience can be everything it is supposed to be.

Crashin' Practice is exactly what youth sports needs right now — two coaches who remind the rest of us that sometimes you just need to let them loose and have fun. These kids are going to remember this for a long time.

If Crashin’ Practice makes even one coach or parent rethink how they approach youth sports, we’ve already made a difference. However, the ultimate goal is a youth sports world where a kid’s experience isn’t defined by pressure, performance, or the cost. With each new season of Crashin’ Practice and each new sport we reach, that vision gets closer to reality. This is bigger than a single show, it’s a movement built around the joy of the game.

Crashin' Practice debuts June 2, 2026 on YouTube, with highlights and behind-the-scenes content on Instagram at @YouthInc.
