Background

About Us

We're empowering the next generation of athletes.

Our Story

After retiring from a 14-year NFL career, Greg Olsen found himself coaching his own kids' teams and experiencing firsthand the challenges of youth sports from a parent's perspective. Despite his professional background, he felt overwhelmed navigating the complex world of youth athletics.

This personal journey sparked a mission: to create the resource he wished he'd had—a trusted platform that would help parents, coaches, and young athletes get the most out of youth sports.

In 2022, Greg launched the Youth Inc. podcast, featuring conversations with over 40 influential experts in youth development. The response was overwhelming. Parents, coaches, and young athletes across America connected with the authentic approach to the real challenges they faced.

Today, Youth Inc. has evolved into the first integrated media and commerce platform dedicated to youth sports—combining practical advice, inspiring stories, and premium products designed specifically for young athletes and the communities that support them.

Our Mission

We're empowering the next generation of athletes.

Youth Inc. exists to improve the youth sports experience for millions of young athletes, their families, teams, and communities through:

  • Content that Inspires, Informs, and Entertains millions of youth sports athletes and their families every month
  • Elevated products and shopping experiences that reflect the time, effort and resources families dedicate to youth sports

Our goal isn't just to help young athletes perform better—it's to help them become stronger, more confident individuals both on and off the field.
