Return & Refund Policy
At Youth Inc, every item is made just for you with your team or organization’s logo. Given the personalized nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the materials, customization, or you received an incorrect product size.
That said, we care about your customer experience. If something isn’t right with your order—whether it's a quality issue or a mistake in the customization—please reply to your order confirmation email or reach out to us at hello@youth.inc within 14 days of receiving your item. Be sure to include a brief description of the issue and a few clear photos so we can assess and resolve it as quickly as possible. We'll do everything we can to make it right.
What Qualifies as a Defect:
- Incorrect customization (e.g., wrong logo applied, misspelling)
- Customization is applied to the incorrect item
- Flaws in printing, embroidery, or construction
- You received the wrong size or item.
