WELCOME TO YOUTH INC.
Hey everyone, Greg Olsen here. Thanks so much for subscribing. I’m fired up to welcome you to Youth Inc. and our newsletter.
Our objective with this newsletter is simple: to help you — the athlete, parent, or coach — have the best possible experience in youth sports.
We’ll do that by sharing content each week that inspires, informs, and entertains — giving you real tools, fresh perspective, and meaningful stories from the world of youth athletics.
What to Expect
In each newsletter, we will include three carefully selected pieces of content:
- Something that inspires
- Something that informs
- Something that entertains
These curated pieces from me and my team will be simple, sharp and impactful. I am so excited to launch this platform to help navigate youth sports with inspiration, information and entertainment all in one place. Thanks again for joining us and welcome to the team.
— Greg

👏 Coach RAC's Advice for Young Ballplayers

How to Find the Balance in Life and Sports
[LINK] Coach RAC has been so fun to work with; when my sons met RAC it was like they were meeting Michael Jordan. RAC epitomizes what we are doing at Youth Inc., and what youth sports are all about. Don’t focus on the results, make sure to prioritize joy and let the kids focus on chasing that feeling you get from achieving a goal, however big or small it may be. This is great stuff, and honestly it reminds me why I do this.

Drew Shares His Secrets to Athletic Success
[LINK] John Isner has been a great ambassador for Youth Inc., and I’ve loved hearing his take on youth sports — both on and off the tennis court. His conversation with Drew Brees on sport specialization really stuck with me.
If you have a young athlete juggling multiple sports or considering specializing, this video offers helpful perspective. It acknowledges that every path is different but raises smart points about burnout and the risks of focusing too narrowly too soon.
😮 Travis Kelce Reveals Surprising Fact

Travis Answers Quick Hitters At Tight End U
[LINK] Every year, we bring the Youth Inc. team to Tight End University to talk with some of the NFL’s best about their path to the top. It’s always a highlight — full of great stories (some we can share, some we can’t).
This year, Travis Kelce opened up about his journey — from playing quarterback to specializing, and even whether Andy Reid would make a good youth football coach. It’s honest, funny and packed with insight.
Check it out.
