In this special edition youth football practice, athletes skipped their normal drills for a fun and competitive 1 v 1 showdown between parents and kids. This lighthearted but action-packed matchup brought the fun for parents, athletes, and coaches alike.
The setup is simple: young athletes line up against their parents to try and beat them to the end zone. It didn’t take long for some over-confident boys to realize their parents—especially their moms—are tougher than they thought. This drill is a fun, meaningful way to get parents involved while reminding athletes to stay humble and appreciate the people who support them—especially the ones who can still take them down on the field.
During this practice, these moms shut down their sons every time—and the kids are loving it.
