Help Give Every Kid a Chance to Play with Good Sports’ Equip-A-Kid

Good Sports is a non-profit dedicated  to creating equitable access in youth sports and physical activity. By supporting children in high-need communities, they help young athletes achieve their greatest potential on the field and in life. Through brand-new equipment, apparel, and footwear, Good Sports gives kids the lifelong benefit of sports, helping them build confidence, teamwork, and healthy habits. Since 2003, they have donated over $125 million in new gear to programs across the country, working hand-in-hand with the sporting goods industry to store and distribute it directly to youth organizations.

Sports can transform a child’s life by teaching resilience, building lifelong friendships, and creating joy. We believe in Good Sport’s mission that no child should be left out because of a lack of equipment or accessibility.

There are many ways to donate to Good Sports. One way is through their Equip-A-Kid campaign, where donors can select specific gear to provide for kids. Whether it’s tennis balls, shin guards, or jump ropes for general fitness, each item makes a tangible difference in a child’s ability to participate and thrive. After you select a sport and the gear you’d like to give, completing your donation is simple and it goes directly to the children you are helping. Every donation helps level the playing field and gives more kids the chance to experience the joy and lessons of sports.
