6/2/26: Crashin' Practice is OUT NOW!

The joy is back. 

Today we launch a new season of Crashin’ Practice — a first-of-its-kind series with one simple mission. Coach RAC and Coach Ballgame crash a youth baseball practice unannounced, and from the second they hit the field, everything changes. Out TODAY, June 2nd on YouTube!

Two coaches. One surprised practice. A day no one forgets. 

Coach RAC and Coach Ballgame roll up to a youth practice with no warning, and the kids light up the second they see them. What follows is a practice full of nicknames, creative drills, on-field contests, signed memorabilia, and a full haul of gear from Under Armour and Academy Sports + Outdoors. The kids leave with the best day of their season, and the coaches and parents leave with something that lasts a lot longer.

Crashin’ Practice is exactly what youth sports needs right now — two coaches who remind the rest of us that sometimes you just need to let them loose and have fun.

Why We Built Crashin’ Practice 

Costs keep climbing. Pressure on kids keeps building. Crashin’ Practice is our pushback, what happens when the right people show up for kids and let them just play. What we’re really after is a youth sports world where a kid’s experience isn’t defined by pressure, performance, or cost. If even one coach or parent walks away rethinking how they show up for their kids, it was worth it.

Meet the coaches behind the chaos 

Coach RAC, a Nationals signee, Savannah Bananas favorite, and 3M+ followers strong, has built a career proving elite baseball and pure fun aren’t mutually exclusive. Coach Ballgame has spent his career trading toxic youth sports culture for one built on joy and growth. Together they sit down for the full conversation on how Crashin’ Practice came to life and what they want every coach and parent to take from it.

No game was won that day. Nobody kept score. Kids just got to love baseball again, and that’s exactly what we set out to do.
