12/2/25: We’re Crashin’ Practice, Building Friendships that last a Lifetime, Conor Casey is BACK

👏 The Crashin' Practice Contest is Here, with Coach RAC and Coach Ballgame

It's a Whole New Ballgame
Coach RAC of the Savannah Bananas and Coach Ballgame are taking youth baseball by storm with the Crashin’ Practice Contest presented by Players Health. The contest, which just opened, gives one Little League team, school team (middle or high school), or club team the chance to have RAC and Ballgame crash their practice and turn an ordinary day on the field into an unforgettable experience full of energy, fun, and life lessons. They will run games, offer hands-on coaching and distribute prizes from Academy Sports + Outdoors and Under Armour.
There are two ways to enter the Crashin' Practice Contest:
1. The first is through the simple entry form on this page.
2. The second is through Instagram, where players, parents, and coaches can submit a video of their best trick play, dance moves or a lip sync to a favorite baseball movie scene. Post it, tag @youthinc and include #CrashinPracticeContest.
To celebrate the Crashin' Practice debut, Coach RAC and Coach Ballgame joined Greg Olsen on the Youth Inc. podcast to share the heart behind the series and the impact they hope to make on kids, families, and coaches across the country.
💡An Everlasting Love

Sports Help Build Friendships Lasting a Lifetime
Every friendship has its origin story. Mine with Elena just happens to involve a lot of smelly knee pads, long bus rides and questionable teenage snack choices.
We met in junior high and somehow landed on all the same teams – tennis, volleyball, basketball, softball. We weren’t glued at the hip, but we were the kind of friends who always seemed to end up laughing together on the back of the bus. One legendary day in high school, Elena bet me I couldn’t finish a whole bag of Smartfood before w pulled into the school parking lot after a volleyball game against Westhampton, a good 45 minute ride from school. Challenge accepted! Victory secured. Popcorn dust everywhere. She still brings it up like it was my first true athletic achievement. We literally still talk about it to this day!
🤣 How to Ruin Gameday

Conor Casey's Tennis Tip of the Week
Our favorite irreverent tennis coach Conor Casey is back with another gem – how to properly and effectively ruin gameday.
Casey offers five tips to successfully get young athletes off their game:
1. Rattle them any way you can.
2. Make sure you make lots of noise on the sideline.
3. Intrude in the coaching or officiating.
4. Make sure to make an epic outburst.
5. Abandon your athlete … and make sure they know it.
